Debit is sort spread in the north and central Dalmatia and hinterland.

The winesare of very good quality and light, straw colour. These aredelicate, light and subtle wines which are neutral and low in alcohol level, of mild acidity and fruity fragrance of ripe apricot, banana and quince.

They are best served chilled to temperatures between 8 and 11 C with white meat and fish.
